Promacis AF, Nutmeg and Mace are spices we traditionally and often use with Swedish meat products. Availability and demand have influenced the branch for some time. It has been very difficult to obtain new, good quality, natural spices. Shortages remain but we can now offer a spice mixture that fully replaces both Nutmeg and Mace.
